Position Overview

We are seeking a Residential Program Manager to oversee a home supporting five adults with I/DD. This role is ideal for a strong leader who is organized, compassionate, and passionate about person-centered care. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance, and help create a supportive, engaging environment for both residents and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of staff management: hiring, training, scheduling, evaluations, and coverage
  • Conduct staff meetings and ensure team readiness for each shift
  • Assist in developing and implementing Individual Service Plans (ISPs)
  • Ensure residents have consistent access to community activities and preferred experiences
  • Oversee medical care coordination, documentation, and required trainings
  • Maintain client financial records and household budgets
  • Monitor and support facility maintenance and safety standards
  • Ensure accurate documentation: logs, charting, appointments, and compliance records
  • Uphold residents’ rights and ensure person-centered, respectful care
  • Oversee medication administration and compliance

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience supporting individuals with I/DD in a 24-hour residential setting

Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Ability to pass DHS background check

Valid Oregon driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

Medical or CNA experience a plus
