Starting Wage (LPN): $35-37.04/hr. (Based on licensed experience) 

Starting Wage (RN): $42-44.46/hr. (Based on licensed experience) 

Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 11pm-7am 

What You'll Do 

  • Provide nursing services and resident care under the direction of the Program Coordinator, following each resident’s nursing care plan, policies, procedures, and protocols. 
  • Communicate effectively at shift change in accordance with established procedures. 
  • Document all care provided to residents accurately and timely, per procedure and nursing care plans. 
  • Communicate any medical concerns, changes in resident medical status, medication errors, or medical questions immediately to the Program Coordinator. 
  • Attend and participate in resident doctor’s appointments as assigned; serve as a liaison with medical providers and consultants to coordinate resident care. 
  • Ensure physician orders are followed and administer medications according to those orders. 
  • Ensure medication sheets are accurate, and medications are available by following established procedures and protocols. 
  • Assist Direct Support Professionals with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed. 
  • Support Direct Support Professionals in providing resident daily care and activities as required. 
  • Maintain a current and valid nursing license (RN or LPN, as applicable). 
  • Must be able to lift at least 60 pounds on a regular basis.

Required Qualifications

Requirements:  

  • Must be at least 18 years of age. 
  • Must provide a minimum of two work references. 
  • Must possess, or be eligible to obtain, a current Oregon nursing license (RN or LPN, as applicable). 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. 

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred: 

  • Experience working in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) field.
