What You’ll Do

As an Overnight DSP, you’ll support individuals in a residential setting by helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment during overnight hours. Depending on the shift and needs of the home, responsibilities may include:

• Providing compassionate support and supervision
• Assisting with routines and personal care as needed
• Supporting health, safety, and documentation requirements
• Building positive relationships with the people we serve
• Helping individuals maintain independence and dignity
