Making a House a Home Overnight

What makes being home feel like you're really at home? Is it when all the chores are done, and you stand in a clean house that smells good? Or when you open your fridge, and you admire all the food that is there for you and ready to eat? What about when you are spending time with friends and family, and you can tell they are happy you are all together? All of these feelings and more make home life feel magical. As an overnight-shift Direct Support Professional with MV Advancements, you get to be the instrument that creates those moments with the people you support, while everyone else is asleep.

The night shift is the setup squad. You are responsible for resetting and preparing everything so that the next day runs smoothly. You will be cleaning, prepping meals, and tending to residents if/when they are awake.

Shift: This is a Night Shift, Sunday- Tuesday, 9:30 PM- 7:30 AM.

Competitive Pay: Starting at $19 per hour, with a 15% shift differential for hours worked between 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM on weekdays, and all hours worked on Saturday and Sunday. This position is also eligible for an additional $1/hour differential once you gain your Oregon Intervention System certification and are cleared to work independently.

We will teach you everything that you need to know! No experience is required for this role; all you need is a desire to learn and support others.
