We’re looking for an Assistant Program Coordinator (APC) who is flexible, reliable, and passionate about making a difference. This role blends hands-on support with leadership responsibilities—perfect for someone ready to grow in the field.
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct support to residents (approx. 30 hrs/week)
- Assist with program coordination and leadership tasks (approx. 10 hrs/week)
- Help create a positive, safe, and engaging home environment
- Support independence, daily living skills, and community involvement
Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Thursday–Sunday (30 hrs DSP) + 9–10 flexible APC hours
- Weekend availability required
Benefits
Pay & Benefits
- $19.62–$24.07/hour starting wage
- Up to $32.53/hour (position cap)
- Raises every 6 months for first 2 years, then annually
- Paid training (12 hours/year)

Required Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- 18+ years old
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Passion for supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- One of the following:
- 6+ months experience supporting adults with I/DD
- OR 2 years of college
- OR equivalent experience
- Supervisory experience is a plus
