As a Residential Manager you…
Residential House Managers will be responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations occurring within a designated home for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They provide training and support for Lead Staff, Direct Support Professionals and the program's residents to ensure that the program is functioning optimally and remains in compliance with the agency's policies and procedures and Oregon Administrative Rules.
Average Wage Range
$35,000-$50,000 annual salary
To become a Residential Manager
You will be at least 18 years of age and have worked at least two years as a DSP/caregiver. You will also be certified in CRP/First Aid and have a current valid driver's license.
