Ashland Supportive Housing supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living rich, fulfilling lives with dignity and respect.

We are a small, dedicated, and team-oriented nonprofit with four residential homes supporting people 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We are looking for people with or without experience who have a call to make a difference in their community and the lives of others. We require strong verbal and written communication skills. Staff also cook, clean, assist with personal hygiene, and help people experience their community and live their best lives.

An extensive, paid training program is provided. We require our Substitute DSPs to work at least 40 hours per month, but they can always decline shifts that don't work for them.

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old, have a current Drivers License and be able to pass a DHS Criminal Records Check.

Prior experience in a caregiving role, exsperiance working with the I/DD community
